Far Cry 6 is one of the best games of its franchise yet. No doubt it’s not perfect by any means, but the storyline, gameplay, and graphics make it one of the best games released in 2021. That being said, if you have an older PC, you will want to upgrade in order to experience the game it was meant to be played. This article includes PC builds that will provide an immersive gaming experience at either 1080p, 1440p, or 4K resolution, depending on your budget.

The design concept for these PC builds is minimalism and most affordable, while meeting system requirements. These builds do not exceed system requirements for their designated purposes. Each PC build is geared to meet a specific configuration:
- Recommended System Requirements (1080p) and Recommended 2K (1440p) configuration with Raytracing Off
- Recommended 2K (1440p) configuration with Raytracing On and Recommended 4K configuration with Raytracing On
You can see the entire system requirements for Far Cry 6 at their support page:

These builds include from top to bottom all you need for a new gaming PC. It does not however include peripherals, like monitors, mouse, keyboard, Wireless card, CD/DVD drives, or headset.
Furthermore, graphics cards are very hard to come by these days. Recommendations are made with each build, but you are on your own for sourcing them. Prices are way above MSRP and I did not feel like it would be right to steer you to a source that would be price gouging.

The Havannah – Recommended System Requirements and 2K Configuration (60 FPS, Raytracing Off)
This build, which is named The Havannah, exceeds the system requirements for Far Cry 6 and allows you to game nicely at 1440p. It has the AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor, the AMD RX 5700XT (8GB) graphics card, 16GB of RAM, and a 500GB NVMe SSD drive. It is all connected to the Gigabyte B450M DS3H V2 Micro ATX motherboard inside of a Micro-ATX Cooler Master case with tempered glass and powered by a 550W 80 Plus Bronze power supply.
The Havannah will be able to play Far Cry 6 at 60-70 FPS on high graphics settings at 1080p and 1440p. The price difference of creating separate builds for Recommended System Requirements and 2K Configurations were so minimal that it made sense to combine them into one build.
